Job summary

CIRI in Bridgeport, CT, seeks a Program Manager – TPS Services to lead a new program supporting individuals who have lost Temporary Protected Status. Based in our Bridgeport office, you will supervise two Case Managers and coordinate with our legal services team for coordinated support.

You will coach staff, monitor caseloads and grant goals, and build community partnerships to better meet client needs in Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least three years in case management, human services, immigrant services, or related field.
• Supervisory or program management experience preferred.
• Experience with immigrant/underserved communities preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach staff while maintaining accountability.
• Comfort with databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of TPS services program.
• Supervise two Case Managers with regular supervision and development.
• Monitor caseloads, client services, and grant progress.
• Navigate complex client situations, referrals, and boundaries.
• Build relationships with community organizations and partners.
• Identify gaps and develop referral resources and partnerships.
• Coordinate with legal services and other programs to connect resources.
• Support outreach and community events across Connecticut.
• Provide direct client support when urgent situations arise.
• Identify emerging needs and program challenges.
