Job summary

Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants (CIRI) is seeking a Program Manager – TPS Services to lead a new program assisting individuals and families with TPS. The role combines program management and staff supervision with hands-on support for immigrant families in Bridgeport, CT, through 6/30/27 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social services, public health, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in case management, human services, immigrant services, or related area.
• Supervisory or program management experience preferred.
• Experience with immigrant, vulnerable, or underserved communities is valued.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and implementation of TPS services program.
• Supervise two Case Managers with supervision, coaching, and professional development.
• Monitor caseloads, client services, documentation, and program data toward grant goals.
• Assist staff with complex client situations, referrals, and boundaries.
• Build relationships with community organizations and government agencies.
