Job summary

Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants (CIRI) is hiring two Case Managers for TPS Services in Bridgeport, CT. These temporary positions run through 6/30/27 with extension potential and involve direct client engagement to help individuals navigate systems and access resources.

Based in our Bridgeport office, the Case Managers will coordinate with legal services and other programs to provide comprehensive support, including planning, referrals and ongoing follow-up for families and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least two years of case management or client-facing experience.
• Experience with immigrant communities preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand needs, strengths, barriers and priorities.
• Develop individualized service plans and provide ongoing case management.
• Help clients access healthcare, education, employment, housing, transportation and benefits.
• Connect clients with programs, partners, and service providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and client-centered approach.
• Document referrals, plans and program data accurately.
