ReadyCT in Hartford seeks a mission-driven Program Manager to lead the INTEGRITY program, coordinating with IRIS and district partners to drive career-connected learning for refugee and immigrant youth.

The role oversees pathway integration, work-based learning, and internship coordination, with a focus on 500+ youth over three years and ensuring grant-mandated outcomes within a multi-year framework.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive project or program management experience within workforce development, youth-serving nonprofits, or urban education systems.
• Deep understanding of challenges faced by Multi-Language Learners, immigrants, and refugees.
• Outstanding relationship-building and cross-organization collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Hartford site lead and liaison between ReadyCT and IRIS.
• Embed career-readiness instruction, work-based learning, and paid internships across district pathways.
• Track milestones, report on KPIs, and ensure program milestones and grant requirements are met.
