Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or equivalent.
• Two years counseling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of housing and community resources is important.
• Trauma-informed care and crisis intervention knowledge needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document medical, psychological, and social factors contributing to client care.
• Link individuals to community resources and supports.
• Develop and document person-centered recovery plans.
• Maintain progress notes and monitor client progress.
• Advocate for clients to obtain necessary services.
• Adhere to documentation standards and confidentiality.
