Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with TPRM knowledge and process mapping/documentation.
• Experience documenting current and future-state TPRM processes, creating workflow maps and SOPs.
• Ability to standardize risk assessment methodologies and develop job aids.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection and documentation of process details, workflows, and business requirements for large-scale mappings.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to capture future processes and dependencies.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including workflow maps and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement by documenting current-state processes and identifying enhancements.
• Ensure documentation aligns with governance standards and strategic objectives.
• Create desktop job aids translating requirements into clear daily instructions.
• Assist Risk SMEs in standardizing risk assessment methodologies and templates.
