Job summary

RSI-Security seeks an experienced OneTrust TPRM/VRM Implementation Specialist to lead client-facing deployments for enterprise clients. You will configure OneTrust workflows, integrate with ERP and GRC systems, and ensure compliance with privacy and security frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of enterprise software implementation/consulting experience
• 2+ years of OneTrust implementation experience
• Experience implementing OneTrust TPRM/VRM
• Experience leading client-facing implementation projects
• Strong GRC understanding
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of OneTrust TPRM/VRM solutions from kickoff through production deployment
• Configure and optimize OneTrust workflows, onboarding, risk assessments, approvals, automation, dashboards, reporting
• Develop integrations between OneTrust and enterprise apps using APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and integration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, Coupa)
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design scalable technical solutions
• Oversee testing, UAT, production deployments, issue resolution, and post-go-live support
• Create implementation documentation including designs, guides, integration docs, test plans, training materials
• Ensure solutions align with governance, risk, privacy, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS)
