Job summary

BRMi is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support a large financial services client in a hybrid work environment in Vienna VA. The role focuses on documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement of the TPRM program, with training materials that drive consistency and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include leading collection of process details, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and creating job aids.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflow maps, procedures, and operational guidance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting current-state processes, identifying enhancement opportunities, and contributing ongoing process enhancements.
• Ensure process documentation aligns with organizational standards, governance requirements, and strategic improvement objectives.
• Create desktop job aids and reference materials that translate process requirements into clear, user-friendly instructions for daily operations.
• Assist Risk Subject Matter Experts in standardizing risk assessment methodologies, documentation, templates, and procedures to promote consistency, quality, and alignment across risk domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection and documentation of process details, workflows, and business requirements to support large-scale process mapping and enhancement initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand future processes and accurately capture process flows, roles, responsibilities, and dependencies.
