Qualifications

• 3+ years in application implementation, support, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for TPO applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and user-related issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for assigned applications.
• Support application implementations and enhancements.
