Digital Federal Credit Union is seeking a TPO Mortgage Systems Analyst to optimize Encompass configurations for third-party mortgage origination. You will collaborate with consumer lending teams, third‑party mortgage partners, and internal product groups to improve workflows and system performance.

The role emphasizes configuring Encompass, coordinating integrations, and driving changes through the approval and deployment process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in consumer lending, mortgage lending, and/or a Process Manager or Systems Analyst position.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology (loan origination system).
• Knowledge of mortgage origination lifecycle and investor delivery requirements.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers, stakeholders, and partners to resolve issues and drive changes.
• Analyze and optimize system configurations and file layouts for third-party mortgage origination.
• Support Encompass configuration, workflows, forms, and automation for origination activities.
• Coordinate data exchange between Encompass and third-party partners and internal systems.
• Create and maintain system maps, capture business requirements, and provide status updates.
• Support change requests, testing, validation, and deployment for third-party mortgage programs.
• Define plans, timelines, and training for new initiatives.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor Analysts and train end users on system functionality.
