Job summary

First Tech is seeking a Senior Mortgage TPO Partner Support Specialist in Hillsboro, OR. You will support Account Managers in submitting loan files and documentation to Mortgage Operations, ensuring accurate file flow and timely communication with clients.

You will act as the client expert, explain loan programs, negotiate terms, and build relationships with internal partners to attract new business while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in mortgage loan administration; including a minimum of two years' TPO experience.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines/SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client contact and subject matter expert during the loan process.
• Explain loan programs and negotiate mortgage loan terms with clients.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Operations to ensure timely responses to members and brokers.
