Job summary

Union Home Mortgage is seeking a Partner Advocate to bridge operations and sales, oversee the life of the loan, and maintain relationships with external partners across the TPO channel.

You will guide daily pipeline movement, field partner questions, coordinate cross‑department responses, and support Account Executives in achieving weekly goals with attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience interacting with consumers and/or business partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and maintain daily pipeline to status and ensure movement of files.
• Maintain timely and accurate information in regard to TPO web presence.
• Direct assistance (phone/video) with questions and system issues.
• Meet crucial deadlines requested.
• Field and develop relationships with external partners to ensure customer experience.
• Review milestones and daily service levels for all activity.
• Assist and train on loan-level issues to navigate the system.
• Evaluate customer needs to tailor partner requests properly.
• Regularly meet with Account executives to strategize and set weekly goals.

Job description

The Partner Advocate role is responsible for bridging the gap between operations and sales, maintaining relationships with external partners, as well as the overall oversight of the life of the loan. The partner advocate fields requests and questions from external partners and ensures they get the answers required returned from the various departments in TPO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly meet with Account executive to strategize and develop a game plan of weekly goals.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of work experience in a professional environment

SKILLS

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines routinely.
• Experience dealing directly with consumers and/or business partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
