Job summary

ABB Fort Smith is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and TPM programs across the plant. You will drive asset reliability, MTBF/MTTR/OEE improvements, and RCFA investigations, while guiding planning, budgeting, and capital projects.

A strong background in CMMS (prefer SAP) and Industry 4.0 tech is essential. You will foster a reliability-focused culture, develop technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and cost targets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or high school with substantial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems, and automated equipment.
• Proven TPM/RCM experience and RCFA leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms, preferably SAP, for planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, reliability, and TPM programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Drive asset reliability using CMMS analytics and reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and capital projects support.
• Ensure safe, compliant plant operations and lead RCFA investigations.
• Develop teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage change.
