Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the factory maintenance team in Ormond Beach, FL. You will oversee planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, aiming to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and safety across equipment and facilities.

You will manage a budget, mentor a 20-person team, and drive continuous improvement using RC M and MTBF/MTTR metrics.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 7+ years in maintenance, 3+ in supervision
• Experience managing maintenance budgets > $1M
• Proven track record leading a team of 10+ technicians
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, and drives

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused culture across maintenance activities.
• Manage total maintenance budget and 20 direct reports.
• Directly supervise 20 maintenance personnel; develop training plans.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Drive MTBF/MTTR improvements and RC M methodologies.
