Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with SAP and CMMS systems.

• Innovative reliability & maintenance strategy development across facilities.
• Standardize preventive & predictive maintenance programs company-wide.
• Collaborate with engineers, corporate teams & vendors to address failures and cost-savings opportunities.
• Lead training opportunities and use CMMS/SAP data to drive decisions.
