Job summary

TikTok Shop seeks a Category Manager for K-Beauty in Los Angeles to drive merchant growth and category expansion. You will acquire and incubate merchants, develop collaborative models aligned to growth plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to tackle growth challenges.

You will provide strategic content, operations, and merchandising solutions to sellers and keep them informed about product developments and promotions.

Qualifications

• Established experience in e-commerce business.
• Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
• Discover innovative collaborative models that align to merchant plans and invest resources.
• Solve key challenges in business growth through cross-functional collaboration.
• Offer strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistics solutions to sellers.
• Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and promotions.
