Job summary

Priority Toyota Springfield is seeking an automotive technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns, complete repairs to manufacturer standards, and ensure quality work while communicating with service advisors and teammates.

We offer a flat-rate pay model ($20–$45/hour) with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Automotive experience at any level — entry-level, apprentice, intermediate, or master-level technicians are encouraged to apply.
• Toyota experience and/or Toyota certifications are a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required for every level.
