Job summary

Wilde Toyota in West Allis, WI is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician. Pay is hourly or flat rate with a range of $17.50 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Open availability is required to support dealership operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will perform routine maintenance such as oil and filter changes, complete multi-point inspections, identify issues and communicate with the service team, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Previous experience as a lube/express technician is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities
