Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring Used Car Service Technicians for our Torrance location. You will diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles, perform maintenance, and communicate findings with service advisors. This is a full-time, on-site role with a flat-rate pay structure and potential incentives.

The team uses modern diagnostic equipment and provides factory training, with opportunities for ASE certification. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced shop are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous used automotive service technician experience.
• ASE certifications and manufacturer training preferred but not required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Ability to communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with service advisors.

Now Hiring: Used Car Service Technicians

Pay: $16.90 - $35.00 Hourly/Flat Rate, depending on level

Schedule: Full Time

Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.

What You'll Do

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
