Responsibilities

• Direct activities related to towing operations and on-time performance goals.
• Manage tow truck resources and assign work efficiently.
• Plan future day resource requirements and coordinate with towers.
• Identify when demand exceeds capacity and refer to part-time networks.
• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for savings.
• Recruit new towers for additional resources.
• Provide documentation to drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor work-in-progress to ensure timely performance.
• Identify and elevate issues related to transportation activities.
• Establish positive relationships with tow drivers.
• Review and analyze transportation activity reports.
