Nextlink Internet is seeking a Field Operations – Tower professional to install, repair, and maintain wireless tower equipment. The role involves climbing tall structures, running multiple cables, and ensuring safety and quality on every site.

The candidate will perform safety analyses, document work, and adhere to company policies while working on-site with a flexible schedule and occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record per policy.
• In-house training program completion.“

Responsibilities

• Climb towers up to 500 feet to install, replace, and repair antenna systems.
• Run power, ground, fiber, Cat5e and coaxial cables and inspect equipment.
• Complete JSA before each tower climb and document results.
• Ensure safety practices and proper hardware installation on site.
• Take site photos and transport gear to work sites.
