Nextlink Internet is seeking a Field Operations – Tower professional to install, repair, and maintain antenna systems on towers. The role requires climbing tall structures, running power, fiber, and coaxial cables, and ensuring safe, compliant work practices.

You will inspect equipment, document JSAs, and communicate findings while collaborating with a safety‑minded team. This position offers full-time hours with on‑site work and moderate travel, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic hand tools and mechanical equipment knowledge.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Ability to climb towers up to 500 feet.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair antenna systems on towers.
• Climb towers up to 500 feet to perform work.
• Run power, fiber, coaxial cables and grounding.
• Inspect and test installed hardware for proper function.
• Prepare and document Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Capture photos and report outages or project status.
• Operate tools and rigging equipment safely.
