Nextlink Internet is seeking a Field Operations – Tower professional to install, troubleshoot, and maintain wireless tower electronics and cabling. The role involves climbing towers up to 500 feet, inspecting hardware, and ensuring safe, reliable operation in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with on-site teams, performing JSA, and documenting project status while adhering to safety policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass drug screening and a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe/acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair antenna systems on towers.
• Climb towers up to 500 feet with safety gear.
• Run power, ground, fiber, Cat5e and coaxial cables; adjust antennas as needed.
• Inspect completed work and ensure hardware is tight and weatherproof.
• Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before each climb and document results.
