Nextlink Internet is seeking a Field Operations - Tower Technician to install and maintain tower electronics, cabling, and hardware for wireless services. This role requires climbing towers up to 500 feet, performing safety checks, and coordinating with team to ensure reliable service.

Ideal candidate has a high school diploma, hands-on tooling experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with tower installation and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to climb towers up to 500 feet.

Responsibilities

• Install and service wireless tower electronics, cabling, and electrical.
• Climb towers up to 500 feet to install, replace, and repair antennas.
• Inspect and ensure proper hardware, alignment, weatherproofing.
• Complete JSA before climbs and document results.
• Operate power, ground, fiber, Cat5e, and coax cables.
