Job summary

Nextlink Internet is seeking a Field Operations – Tower professional to install, maintain and repair antenna systems on wireless towers. The role requires climbing tall structures and performing safety procedures to ensure reliable service.

Responsibilities include cabling, electrical work, equipment inspection, and documenting job details. A valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screen are required as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair antenna systems on towers and perform tower maintenance.
• Climb towers up to +/- 250 feet with safety equipment and follow training.
• Run power, grounding, fiber, Cat5e and coaxial cables; inspect and ensure proper operation.
