MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Tower Technician III to install, maintain, and operate wired and wireless telecom equipment on towers. You will climb towers, assist in erecting various tower types, and support antenna installations while following safety standards.

You should have 4+ years of tower experience, read instructions well, and be willing to work long shifts. This role offers strong benefits and growth within a safety‑minded team.

Qualifications

• Safety is a day-to-day priority.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out written instructions.
• Minimum of 4 years of tower experience.
• Ability to climb towers and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and operate telecommunication equipment on towers.
• Climb towers and ladders at varying heights.
• Assist in erection and installation of monopoles and towers.
• Assist in installation of antennas and transmission lines.
• Prepare sites, offload material, and manage inventory.
