MasTec Communications Group seeks a Tower Technician III to install, maintain, and operate telecom equipment across wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave systems. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on problem solving, with weekly/weekend hours and extensive travel as required.

You will climb towers, assemble monopoles, install antennas, and support electrical foundations. A High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years of experience is expected, plus potential NWSA
