Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Tower Technician III to install, maintain, and operate telecom equipment across wired, wireless, fiber, and microwave networks. You will join a safety-minded team and help deliver high-quality service while advancing your skills.

You must have at least 4 years of tower experience, be able to climb towers, lift 50 lbs, and work up to 12 hours. A High School diploma and a valid driver's license are required; NWSA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb towers and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• NWSA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and operate telecom equipment on towers.
• Climb towers and ladders at various heights.
• Assist in tower erection using helicopters, cranes, gin poles.
• Prepare and clean sites and offload materials.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
