Job summary

Shoreline Construction LLC in Eastern Connecticut is seeking a Tower Technician Foreman to lead a small crew in the construction, maintenance, and modification of telecommunications towers and related infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role requires safety-minded supervision in the field and clear communication with project managers and clients.

You will oversee daily tower operations, install and troubleshoot antennas and RF equipment, conduct pre-job planning and safety briefings, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of tower climbing and wireless industry experience.
• Proven leadership or foreman experience.
• Strong understanding of tower safety procedures and fall protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and RF data.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel regionally and work at heights of 200 feet or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tower crew operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec.
• Perform and oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of antennas, lines, and other wireless equipment on towers, rooftops, and related structures.
• Conduct pre-job planning, site assessments, and safety briefings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, RF safety, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and crew activities.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment.
