Job summary

JDH Infrastructure Group is seeking a Tower Foreman to oversee daily field operations on tower and wireless construction projects in the United States. You will direct crews, install and maintain towers and antennas, and ensure all work follows safety protocols and company standards.

Strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and the ability to coordinate with customers, inspectors, and subcontractors are essential to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Good mechanical skills for infrastructure equipment.
• Experience leading crews and enforcing safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tower and wireless construction activities, ensuring safety and quality.
• Direct crews in installation and maintenance of towers and antennas.
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, and subcontractors on-site.
• Review project plans and align tasks with specifications.
• Provide daily progress updates to supervisors and project managers.
