Job summary

Shoreline Construction LLC in Eastern Connecticut is seeking a Tower Technician Foreman to lead a small crew in the construction, maintenance, and modification of telecommunications towers and related infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role requires safety-minded supervision in the field and clear communication with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of tower climbing and wireless industry experience.
• Proven leadership or foreman experience.
• Strong understanding of tower safety procedures and fall protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and RF data.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel regionally and work at heights of 200 feet or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of antennas, lines, and other wireless equipment on towers, rooftops, and related structures.

Position Summary

The Tower Tech Foreman will lead a small crew in the construction, maintenance, and modification of telecommunications towers and related infrastructure. This role requires an experienced and safety-minded leader who can work efficiently in the field, ensure quality control, and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tower crew operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec.

• Perform and oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of antennas, lines, and other wireless equipment on towers, rooftops, and related structures.

Preferred:

• OSHA 10/30 certification.

• Competent Climber/Rescue certification.

• First Aid/CPR certification.

• Experience with carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile.

• Familiarity with fiber installation and testing.
