Job summary

J. Lee Associates is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead and mentor our tower crews in the Marlborough, MA area. You will ensure safe execution of multi-site projects, coordinate with project management, and maintain thorough on-site reporting.

The ideal candidate has multiple years of tower climbing experience, supervisory skills, and relevant certifications; US travel and a valid license are required. On-site work with stringent safety standards is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tower climbing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Current authorized tower climber or competent climber and rescue certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead tower crews safely and productively with strong safety focus.
• Mentor and supervise a crew of up to 6 on site.
• Perform daily reporting to PM/CM and submit timesheets.
• Review drawings, RFDS and BOMs; execute per specs.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets.
• Train team members and ensure proper use of equipment.
