The role requires 5+ years tower climbing, 2+ years supervisory experience, OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. Travel and flexible scheduling are expected. Training and safety certifications are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years tower climbing experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel extensively and work a flexible schedule.
• Competent/climber and rescue certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of up to 6 on tower projects safely and efficiently.
• Provide daily on-site reporting to PM/CM and timesheets.
• Read customer drawings, BOMs, and execute per specs.
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA/ANSI/OSHA safety standards and policies.
• Coordinate with PM/CM to meet schedules and budgets.
• Train and mentor team members on-site and on safety procedures.
• Manage tools, vehicles, equipment, and assets on site.
• Perform site tasks including cabling, antennas, towers, and testing.
