ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead wireless tower projects nationwide, ensuring safety, production, and quality. You will mentor Tower Technicians, oversee daily workflows, and coordinate with the Project Manager to meet schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is followed with 100% tie off and daily toolbox talks.
• Lead daily project coordination with the Project Manager.
• Review BOMs and verify materials are accurate and complete.
• Climb and rescue operations at heights of 100 feet or more.
• Install, replace, and repair wireless tower equipment.
• Track and approve time for all crew members.
• Maintain工具 and equipment at project sites.
• Perform PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment tests.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues with customers.
• Read construction drawings and RFDS diagrams for alignment.
• Complete close-out packages and collect project photos.
• Train and develop Tower Technicians and Foremen.
