Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication with all stakeholders.
• Solid mechanical skills and attention to detail for infrastructure work.
• Valid driver's license; DOT physical certification; Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tower and wireless construction activities, ensuring safety and quality.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review job sites to confirm alignment with project documentation and adjust on-site plans as needed.
• Lead toolbox talks and enforce safety policies; implement corrective actions as required.
• Train and mentor crew members on safety practices and construction techniques.
• Ensure site security and proper organization of tools, equipment, and materials at shift end.
• Provide daily updates to supervisors and project managers on progress and issues.
