Job summary

ANCO Wireless seeks an experienced Tower Crew Foreman to lead utility construction crews in installing, maintaining, and repairing towers and related infrastructure. You will supervise daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive projects to meet deadlines with high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include directing crew activities, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and maintaining detailed reports and logs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tower or utility construction with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Must relocate to Rapid City, SD prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of tower construction crews and assign tasks.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of towers and infrastructure.
• Enforce safety procedures per OSHA and client requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Maintain project documentation including reports and safety logs.
• Train and mentor crew members for skill development.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
