Job summary

Meridian Blue Construction seeks Tower Foremen to lead a crew in safely constructing, installing, and maintaining communication towers and related structures. Candidates should have at least 4 years in the industry and two years in a foreman role.

Pay is negotiable based on experience, with duties spanning leadership, communication, safety, and on-site administration. Expect to manage daily tasks, coordinate with customers, and travel up to 4 weeks at a time.

Qualifications

• 4 years of industry experience, including two years of Foreman experience
• Ability to lead all facets of tower work on-site
• Weekend and evening work availability
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Math and computer skills
• Ability to read blueprints and customer documents
• Read, understand, and follow company policies
• Pass a background check and DOT physical; CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 30, RF Safety, Competent Climber Certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead your crew daily to complete work safely and on time
• Communicate schedules, scope changes, and status to crew and customer
• Manage on-site tasks and overall work scope with minimal supervision
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of equipment
• Utilize testing gear (Anritsu, PIM, JDSU, etc.) as needed
• Document work and report daily, including JSAs and close-out records
• Generate materials lists and identify resources for each project
• Maintain organization, meet deadlines, and support team
• Travel for up to 4 weeks at a time and work overtime as required
