Job summary

RB Global in Spokane is seeking a dedicated tow truck driver to provide best-in-class towing services for light duty vehicles, including motorcycles and trailers, ensuring on-time pickups and safe handling. You will work with the Dispatch Team to meet due dates, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintain clear communication with customers.

A valid Class D license, strong safety mindset, and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year towing/transport experience.
• Must possess a valid Class D Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Able to work 12-14 hour shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company tow trucks and tow light duty vehicles without causing damage to vehicles in tow
• Perform pre and post trip inspections to ensure towed vehciles are not damaged
• Safely tow customer vehicles
• Collaborate with the IAA Dispatch Team and be a positive influence
• Provide excellent customer service
• Record all pickup and delivery events, and capture all necessary information, including images, on the IAA Tow App
• Verify title information when title pickup is required with the assigned vehicle, and communicate any discrepencies with the IAA Dispatch Team
• Ensure all assigned tow jobs are completed on, or before, the due date
• Other duties as assigned per business needs
