Job summary

Wetys Asset Recovery in Wisconsin is expanding its field team and hiring Tow Truck Driver(s). You will safely operate a self-loading tow truck to recover and transport collateral to storage locations, working outdoors in all weather.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with a team. Base salary plus commission after 90 days is offered, with company-provided tow truck and equipment, plus training and support from experienced teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be 23+ years old for insurance eligibility.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic technology skills, including GPS, mobile apps, and laptop/tablet use.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.

About the Role

We’re expanding our team and hiring Tow Truck Driver(s) to pick up various types of collateral that is out for repossession, secure, and transport them to designated storage locations. This is an outdoor, field‑based role that requires attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a self‑loading tow truck to secure assigned repossession units across various property types, in all weather conditions and transport them to a designated storage lot.
• Document each pickup with clear notes, photos, and required system updates while following all company procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain the tow truck and equipment in clean, working condition.
