Job summary

Wetys Asset Recovery in Wisconsin is expanding its team and hiring Tow Truck Drivers to pick up repossessed collateral, secure it, and transport to storage locations.

This outdoor, field-based role requires focus, the ability to work independently or with a team, and safety-conscious operations in all weather conditions.

We offer base salary plus commission after 90 days, company-provided tow truck and equipment, training and growth opportunities within the Asset Recovery division.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 23+ years old for insurance eligibility.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic technology skills, including GPS, mobile apps, and laptop/tablet use.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a self-loading tow truck to secure assigned repossession units across various property types, in all weather conditions and transport them to a designated storage lot.
• Document each pickup with clear notes, photos, and required system updates while following all company procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Maintain the tow truck and equipment in clean, working condition.
