Job summary

Wetys Asset Recovery in Wisconsin is expanding its field team and hiring Tow Truck Driver(s). You will safely operate a self-loading tow truck to recover and transport collateral to storage locations, working outdoors in all weather.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with a team. Base salary plus commission after 90 days is offered, with company-provided tow truck and equipment, plus training and support from experienced teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be 23+ years old for insurance eligibility.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic technology skills, including GPS, mobile apps, and laptop/tablet use.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a self-loading tow truck to secure repossession units and transport them to storage locations.
• Document each pickup with notes, photos, and system updates while following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain the tow truck and equipment in clean, working condition.
