A leading recovery service company in Phoenix is looking for a skilled Recovery Agent to handle towing and vehicle repossession primarily during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of towing experience and 1 year in recovery. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years towing experience.
• 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and age 22+ for insurance.
• Ability to operate a tow truck and related equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Tow vehicles as directed by management.
• Repossess vehicles in accordance with laws.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing, repossession, and safe return of vehicles, working primarily during the Full‑Time Nightshift (Sunday–Thursday) with competitive hourly pay plus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Tow vehicles as directed by management.
• Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Return vehicles to designated locations.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
