• Experience as a personal assistant to a high-profile artist or entertainer preferred.
• Tour experience required.
• Must be resilient and able to handle constructive feedback and challenging situations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments – role moves quickly.
• Passport ready and available for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel with the principal on tour, domestically and internationally.
• Support the principal on the road: keep essentials stocked and accessible, ensure everything needed is with them.
• Run errands and manage home organization, including housekeepers and vendors.
• Assist with home setup and ongoing household needs; manage calendar and appointments.
• Plan and coordinate travel and packing; prep principal for travel.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and returning packages.
• Coordinate wardrobe needs and assist with gifting where needed.
• Collaborate with the principal’s team to prioritize urgent tasks and meet goals.
