Job summary

ROSTR, Inc. is seeking an administrative/operations professional to support and grow into tour production roles in Nashville. You will coordinate tours produced by TPR, contract vendors and independent contractors, and manage payroll and venue data.

The role involves occasional travel, heavy lifting, and onsite leadership for events, with growth opportunities to advance to lead teams and coordinate complex tours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Live Events or Touring.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Christian music industry, and familiarity with faith & family entertainment
• Flexible with work schedule as some projects may require weekend and evening hours
• Degree in Music Business, Business, Psychology, or Communications a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate Independent Contractor Agreements for TPR-produced tours & events.
• Execute vendor & contractor agreements as assigned by the Produced Content team, including buses, trucks, production vendors, and contractors.
• Set up and manage tour payroll schedules, working collaboratively with the TPR. Ops team
• Keep TPR’s venue database updated with most recent building and technical information
• Assist the Produced Content team with the coordination and execution of tours produced by TPR.
• Gather production bids and create/manage tour schedules
• Book travel for crew and talent and coordinate local production vendors
• Secure rental equipment and labor and assist with production logistics before/during events
• Work with Events to manage storage, inventory movements, and on-site leadership as needed
