Job summary

AEG is seeking a Touring Coordinator to support the touring department, manage office systems, and circulate tour information across departments. You will maintain venue and artist databases, research potential tours, and assist with budget development and routing.

The role involves liaising with partners and sponsors, helping with show settlements, and coordinating travel for tours. A background in accounting/finance and strong Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred in related areas.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in music/t touring.

Responsibilities

• Support tour operations and maintain office systems.
• Disseminate tour information to departments and update databases.
• Assist with tour design research, budget development, routing, and venue deals.
• Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and co-promoters; maintain tour contacts.
• Assist show settlements, ticketing, intern supervision, and travel planning.
