Job summary

AEG Worldwide in Nashville, TN is seeking a Touring Coordinator for Global Touring. You will support the touring department by organizing office systems, disseminating tour information, and maintaining venue and artist databases, while assisting with routing, budgeting, and production needs on tours.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and travel as tours demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred in related area.
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build routing for each assigned tour and create a realistic production schedule.
• Coordinate venue availability, contact venues, and submit routing for approval.
• Review ticket audits to ensure the tour stays on budget and that production needs are met.
• Assist with tour research, prepare presentations and operational reports.
• Support show settlements, travel planning, and intern supervision as needed.
• Develop financial models and budgets with accounting for touring operations
