Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred) in Accounting/Finance, Legal, Logistics, or related area.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with commitment to advancing in the music industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to take direction and work as a team on touring events.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in building financial models.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as tours permit.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable about the music industry.
• Positive attitude with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintains department services and efficiencies by organizing operations and procedures.
• Builds routing for each assigned tour and creates production crew schedules.
• Reviews ticket audits to ensure tours stay on budget and coordinates production needs.
• Assists with tour research, compiles price comparisons, and creates operational reports.
• Liaises with partners, sponsors and co-promoters to maintain tour contacts and venue costs.
• May assist with show settlements, ticketing and intern supervision; plans travel and routing calls.
• May build financial models to assess financial risk and budget across venues.
