Job summary

Travel Leisure Resort Development Inc seeks an Operations Associate to manage tour reception, gifting and contract support. You will qualify guests, assign tours, and assist multiple departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, adherence to privacy standards (PII/PCI), and exceptional customer service across phone and in-person inquiries. Benefits and scheduling support are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of general office experience.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in CRS or EPNY; Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Knowledge of PII and PCI standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests; collect and validate guest information.
• Assign tours to sales agents and inform Sales & Marketing (15% time).
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer phones, address guest questions.
• Assist property owners with contract questions (10% time).
• Distribute premiums to guests at closure of presentations.
• Complete daily gift, tour, and contract reconciliations in all systems (20% time).
• Data entry of tour and gifting information into CRS/Epiphany; run reports.
• Prepare and balance cash, down payments, site stats for Contract Department (20% time).
• File and secure documents; maintain Property Owner Information per PII/PCI standards (5% time).
• Prepare Timeshare Sales Contracts; assist Administrative Supervisor (20% time).
• Support internal departments including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams (10% time).
• Perform other duties as needed.
