Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a dedicated Preview Confirmation Agent in Orlando. You will call guests with pre-arranged previews to confirm appointments and help ensure high tour show rates, while assisting management with duties and maintaining service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or hospitality experience, strong communication, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset. The role emphasizes integrity and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Dependable and goal oriented.
• Self-directed yet a team player.
• Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of ideas.
• Active participation in team efforts to achieve goals.
• Excellent customer service and strong verbal communication.
• Strong work ethic, high energy, positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of timeshare.

Responsibilities

• Call guests with a scheduled preview to confirm their appointment and maximize show rates.
• Assist supervisor/manager with additional duties as requested.
• Maintain integrity and communicate with Resort Guest Services and Director of Sales for exceptions and incidents.
