Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a full-time Preview Confirmation Agent to call guests with scheduled previews and confirm appointments, ensuring high show rates for tours. The role includes answering voicemails and responding to questions with top-quality service.

You will collaborate with Resort Guest Services and the Director of Sales, maintain integrity, and support team objectives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Customer services and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Dependable and goal oriented.
• Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.
• Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests and co-workers.
• Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of timeshare.
• Intermediate computer skills are required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Call all guests that have a preview scheduled to confirm their appointment to insure the highest show rate possible for tours.
• Assist the supervisor / manager with any other duties requested.
• Must maintain the utmost integrity while dealing with our owners and guests; communicate with the Manager of Resort Guest Services and Director of Sales for all exceptions and incidents.
